How to Request a Refund

Simply email us at support@athenasupplements.com within 90 days of your purchase date. Let us know that the product didn't meet your expectations, and we'll process your refund promptly. No need to ship anything back.

Standard Return Policy

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange outside of our 90-day guarantee.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you are shopping from the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with all tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
